Format:
Employers Group’s Leadership Skills Certificate Program includes highly-interactive group activities, role playing, and case studies to compliment learning concepts presented in class. Public courses provide a working lunch session to allow trainees to discuss common challenges related to the topics, facilitated by the trainer to help identify solutions.
