2026 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Whether new to the leadership role or in need of skills’ refinement, the super- charged 2026 program is perfect for all leaders. It is facilitated via Zoom by Employers Group/EverythingHR instructors from 8:30am-12:30pm (PST) once per week for nine weeks.

Registration Includes:

• Nine highly-interactive facilitated small group sessions (Each attendee will
  need a (1) web connection, (2) web camera-enabled computer (3) downloaded
  Zoom software and (4) two-way audio via computer or phone connection)
• One behavioral assessment, which is provided directly to only the trainee.
• Electronic copy of materials for all sessions (as applicable), including job aids, reports and resources.
• Certificate of Completion

SUMMER PROGRAM
Begins: July 9th
Schedule: Thursdays 8:30 – 12:30 (PST) for nine weeks
Ends September 3rd

FALL PROGRAM
Begins: September 16th
Schedule: Wednesdays 8:30 – 12:30 (PST) for nine weeks
Ends November 11th

Enrollment Fee: Per Person – Nine, 4-Hour Sessions
(Includes Electronic Copy of Materials)

Member (Regular) = $1,050 Early Bird = $ 875
Non-Member (Regular) = $1,250 Early Bird = $1,050

• Early Bird pricing ends two weeks prior to start date
• Register 4 and all additional registrations are 25% off applicable fee (example,
  register 4 at $1,050, the fifth, sixth, etc. would be $787.50
