  • About Affirmative Action

For 30 years, Employers Group has been helping federal contractors, federal subcontractors as well as State & local contractors develop and update their Affirmative Action Plans. We have a proven track record of 100% OFCCP compliance – saving our clients valuable time and reducing their operating risk by writing, auditing, and supporting their Affirmative Action Program.

    What we offer:
Fully compliant Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) for:

    • Service & Supply Contractors
    • Hospitals
    • Universities & Colleges & Adult Schools
    • Banks & Credit Unions
    • Construction Companies, Federally Assisted Construction Contractors

Did you know that Affirmative Action Planning is required if you have 50 employees and a government contract of $50,000 or more? Educational institutions, hospitals and financial firms may also be subject to the same requirements. Employers Group AAP plans have been 100% compliant with OFCCP. We provide end-to-end support for compliance as well as hands-on support during an audit.
