Introduced late last year, California SB 1343 defines new requirements for employers in the Golden State. Previously under AB 1825, employers with 50 or more employees needed to provide two hours of harassment prevention training to all supervisor-level staff, once every other year. Now, under this new law, employers with 5 or more employees will need to provide one hour of harassment prevention training to all employees, once every other year.
Watch our webinar recording to learn more about the specific details of this new law, and what your organization is required to do this year to remain in compliance.
