Employers Group offers Roundtable events 4 times per year, in various locations across Southern California. The purpose of these events is to not only offer an educational experience for attendees, but also create an open discussion about human resources news, trends, and updated policies. Coming to a Roundtable is a learning opportunity as well as a safe space to ask questions, voice your opinions, and hear the thoughts of others.
1. Roundtables offer SHRM/HRCI credit.
At the end of class, you will be provided with your certificate of completion. (Usually 1 or 2 hours depending on the subject.)
2. Timely, critical topics.
Roundtable leaders dedicate their time in between events conducting research and learning from industry leaders which new laws and trends should be focused on at the time of the event. This ensures that you will be receiving the most current, up-to-date information possible.
3. Opportunity for open discussion.

Your Roundtable discussion leader will present you with the executive point-of-view regarding any and all discussion topics to help you better understand potentially differing opinions within your office.
