Small Employers: |
Eligibility to be a Small Employer is based upon: (1) whose owners and principals are principally located in CA, (2) independently owned and operated in CA, (3) not a subsidiary of a larger company, (4) has less than 100 full-time employees cumulatively (with other divisions) worldwide. |

Deposit Refunds: |
Refunds will be returned according to an "employer agreement to participate" which will be executed prior to the start of any program. Trainees must complete 100% of the training program. The deposit will be reduced for any hours not completed (on a per-hour basis). Trainees not completing at least 24 hours are not eligible for any state subsidy. Refunds are processed approximately 180 days after training has ended. |
