Employers unable to meet group size requirements

Employers Group offers two solutions for companies that are unable to meet the minimum group size requirements:

Untilize state funding for partial reimbursement. As an example: only 12 eligible employees and minimum group size requirement is 15 equates to an 80% state subsidy for the training program. The participating employer would be responsible for 20% of the typical training delivery costs.

Collaborate with other employers. Other employers may be unable to identify a full group of trainees of may be unable to release enough employees to fill a class. If you know of another employer, would like to pool resources to identify a group of employees or host a training program at your facility, let Employers Group know by sending an email to training@employersgroup.com. Sample programs are listed below:
