Roundtable facilitator:
The interactive Roundtable allows for questions and answers, as well as discussion among your peers. The program will be facilitated by Employers Group senior consultant Matt Bartosiak. With over 25 years of experience, Matt advises in all areas of HR compliance, including employment law and employee benefits. His experience also includes legislative and regulatory advocacy. Matt was appointed to California’s Minimum Wage Board and was also appointed to a Wage Board called to analyze wage and hour regulations for Wage Order 4 which covers a multitude of industries and types of employees. Matt speaks and writes frequently for EG, and represents the Association to the press. He also is a COBRA expert and teaches this class.
