Employers Group’s online training library is scalable according to your needs. As a standard and initial offering, we recommend the Basic Supervisory Library, which includes the harassment prevention course for supervisors (meets California’s AB1825 requirements).

Purchasing Options for the Basic Supervisory Library

Option 1. Utilize Employers Group’s Express Online Program to purchase 1-9 seats. You supply the trainee name and email address, Employers Group does the rest. Click Here to Purchase.

Option 2. Administer your own online training program. Purchase 10 or more seats and easily administer your own training program. Employers Group will provide a proposal with pricing and will show you how to administer your own online training program. Employers Group’s Online Training Features

Employer’s Group Online Training is available via Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trainees are notified via email of their course assignment, and then are reminded every two weeks via email until the mandatory course has been completed. Reports are available for your internal administrator to track attendee progress. An Administrative Tracking Site, available 24/7, allows employers to track all progress, results and scores. Harassment prevention training has been pre-approved for 2.0 HRCI recertification credits.

Employers Group’s California-oriented harassment prevention program is delivered in a 2-hour format via interactive activities, voice narration and a final exam that requires a passing rate of 80%. Should a trainee fail, they are given two additional attempts before they are locked out of the system and must re-take the course. Once a course has been assigned, trainees have 60 days to complete the course and pass the exam. Attendees will be able to access the harassment prevention course and all additional courses for one year. Additionally, attendees are able to ask content-related questions and receive a response within 24 hours.
