Employers Group’s HR Generalist Certificate Program includes engaging activities role play examples, case studies, and group interaction to accentuate the learning concepts presented in class. The program consists of eight (8) individual modules over four (4) days and specifically covers federal and California-specific regulations and the day-to-day implementation of these regulations into business operations.
