Basic Leadership Skills
(An Employers Group Certificate Program)

This 24-hour program gives any leadership employee the basic skills and tools they need to be effective in today’s ever-changing business world. Taught in six 4-hour sessions, this essential program covers the latest management concepts and includes interactive exercises that encourage participation and interaction with others. The program also includes an on-line training component on Interviewing and Selection which trainees can attend at their leisure. This program will maximize employee performance by giving leaders the skills they need to inspire and motivate others. During this basic series, trainees will build a toolkit filled with on-the-job surveys, planners, profiles and worksheets that will enable trainees to apply their learning immediately.
