Advanced Leadership Skills
(An Employers Group Certificate Program)
24 HRCI credits
This 24-hour program expands on the tools introduced in the Basic Leadership Skills Program. Taught in six 4-hour sessions, this program not only covers the latest management concepts, but builds on trainee’s prior knowledge and experiences to reinforce content. The advanced program focuses on making individual leaders (from front-line to directors and above) more efficient and successful in their everyday jobs. After completing the basic and advanced programs, not only will results be evident in the leader, but also in the performance of those reporting to that leader. The program includes interactive exercises and an online component which trainees can complete at their leisure. During this advanced series, trainees will build a toolkit filled with on-the-job surveys, assessment, planners, profiles and worksheets that will enable trainees to apply their learning immediately.
