Before the survey is conducted, we work with you to ensure that:

  • The reason(s) for conducting the survey have been defined and discussed;
  • The survey questions and format meet your needs;
  • Effective employee communication is planned;
  • Any necessary training of employees or managers has been conducted.

After the survey has been completed, we typically work with you to interpret and present results, and identify any resulting action plans. Our goal is to support you throughout the entire survey process.
