Survey Description & Categories

An Employee Exit Survey allows you to determine why employees leave your company. Use this product to improve employee retention and employee satisfaction for active employees by addressing issues that cause employees to leave. When purchased for the prices below, you have access to the survey for one year. When employees resign, ask that they complete this survey as part of your normal outprocessing procedure. Remember, avoiding the departure of even one employee will pay for the cost of this survey, and more! This survey asks employees to define the impact of each statement on their decision to leave.
