The Problem for Government Contractors
If you are a government contractor, you should know that recently, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) significantly stepped up its audit activities of government contractors to determine whether you are meeting (or failing to meet) affirmative action and nondiscrimination obligations.
