    The Employers Group Affirmative Action Team helps hundreds of employers throughout the USA each year to put together a winning EEO/Affirmative Action plan, launch a compliant EEO program, and receive a notice of compliance should they be subject to an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audit.

    • During an OFCCP Compliance Review we act as the liaison between you and the OFCCP Compliance Officer.
    • We understand the types of questions you could be asked in an OFCCP compliance review.
    • We will assist you in replying to the Compliance Officer with the most appropriate answers.
    • If you audit goes to the “onsite stage” we will – upon request – be onsite during the review to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible
