The Employers Group's legislative program works in tandem with the organization's Legal Committee. The committee is made up of some of the top labor attorneys in the nation. This group files amicus briefs and letters defending the interests of employers in the state and federal appellate courts, including the California and U.S. Supreme Courts, and advises the organization on legislative issues of importance.
