Ahmed Younies is the Director of Compliance and Specialized HR Services at the Employers Group (EG). Prior to Joining EG, he spent several years in human resources management with variety of industries and companies, including Northrop Grumman (formerly TRW).
Ahmed’s background includes building human resources infrastructures for small-size companies as well as leading established human resources operations for mid size to Fortune 500 companies. He has valuable hands-on experience with all aspects of human resource management particularly with Compensation, Training and Development, Employment, Employee Relations, and Affirmative Action Compliance Programs. Ahmed has helped clients through more than 300 compliance audits, including corporate management reviews (aka: the glass ceiling review).
Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, a master degree in Business Administration from National University, and a master degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University
