As Project Manager for Employers Group’s Member Services Department, Katherin is responsible for the management of select vendor partnerships that anticipate and serve the diverse needs of our members. She works closely with external partners and member-focused groups within Employers Group to promote and increase internal and external awareness of various products and services offered by Employers Group through these value added partnerships. She is also active in the Marketing department, where she writes and edits content for print, email and web, and manages marketing campaigns and promotions.
Prior to coming to Employers Group in early 2001, Katherin worked for six years as a Human Resources Practitioner, focusing on staffing, employee relations, compensation and training. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University.
