He is a senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years of human resources experience encompassing: labor relations, employee relations, workers' compensation, labor negotiations, salary and benefit administration, recruiting, safety, training, and plant security. Career highlights include: Director of Human Resources for a division of a Fortune 250 Corporation; Manager of Labor Relations with responsibility for all company grievances, arbitrations, and administration of company discipline; and Senior Regional Labor Relations Representative for a leading health maintenance organization.
Jim earned his BA at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and his Juris Doctorate at the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Jim Joined the Employers Group in 1994
