Tom Gardner joined the Employers Group in 1993 as Manager of the Orange County Regional Office. In 1996 he was appointed Vice President of Regional Operations and provided direction for EG's statewide service network of regional offices located in Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco and the Inland Empire. Currently, Tom is the Director of Client Services for Orange County and San Diego County.
He has an extensive background in business, marketing and administration, which spans 31 years. Highlights of his career include: President of BMDP Statistical Software; Vice President for Administration and Sales, Bennett Industries; and Vice President of Sales, Safeguard Business Systems Group.
Mr. Gardner received a B.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology and has a MBA from the University of Chicago.
