Nancy brings a broad range of marketing expertise from backgrounds in both advertising agencies and corporate marketing. She spent the last six years as Vice President/Director of Client Services for SRC Advertising where she managed the marketing and advertising programs for the agency's key accounts, including Avery Dennison, USC Marshall School of Business, Mattel and Guthy-Renker.
Prior to that, Nancy managed brand development and advertising programs for various clients including the California Families & Children's Commission, Great Western Bank, Taco Bell and others. She has also held corporate marketing positions at Atlantic Financial and Household Credit Services where she developed an award-winning strategy for the Ameritech credit/calling card introduction, and managed the activation, usage, and retention programs for The GM Card.
Nancy is excited to be a part of Employers Group and the new management team here. Her primary focus is on communicating EG benefits and services to all to California employers while continually ensuring that members get the most value from their association with EG. Additionally, Nancy will be working with the EG team to bring focus and efficiency to our communications, establish a consistent brand messaging to members and prospects around the state, revamp the website to make it more user-friendly for members, and become more deeply entrenched among the California business communities.
