Lou Nihoul is a Client Services Manager working out of the San Francisco office. He brings many years of business experience to Employers Group, having held sales and sales management positions at IBM, ITT and Alcatel. He was Vice President and General Manager of a Seattle area commercial construction and real estate development company and has been involved in several start up organizations.
Lou's HR credentials include experience as a platform trainer, he has designed and implemented sales compensation programs, and he has been involved in the development of computer based interactive delivery platforms for safety training. As Board Chairman of a large non-profit organization he was responsible for implementing hiring and compensation policies, and in establishing a Human Resources department.
Lou has an MBA from the University of Washington with a master's paper on the application of the Fair Labor Stands Act to retail businesses. He has received advanced training from the Harvard Graduate School of Business on organizational dynamics.
