Lee Clark joined the Employers Group having worked successfully with organizations around the world for over 20 years. After receiving his Bachelor's degree from Bangor University in England, Lee worked with the Manpower Services Commission in London, chairing a research group for government-funded adult learning.
Following this, he managed both the internal and external management training functions with Group 4 Securitas with over 7000 staff in the UK and a presence in 134 countries. Lee's career then led him to New Zealand where he was responsible for introducing experiential learning into Ernst & Young's consulting practices.
In 1991, Lee returned to the UK and started his own Human Resources Consulting company that grew to employ 30 full and part-time staff. His company, Progress, had a positive impact on organizations in every industry sector from global to local. In 2000, Lee sold his business to focus on his PhD in Management Learning at Lancaster University. During this time he was offered the opportunity to create a new US division for a UK based business with global operations. As VP, International Operations he built a thriving business with many new innovations.
At this point, Lee found his niche in California. Lee's passion for excellence and drive to succeed is also evident in his personal life where he is an accomplished mountaineer and rock climber, having explored many of the world’s great ranges with many first ascents to his credit.
