Eileen Hsieh joined Employers Group as our Human Resources Manager in October, 2006. She brings with her over 10 years Human Resources experience from the restaurant industry. Prior to EG, she was employed with Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf(R). Eileen has a strong background in benefits, employee relations, building employee morale, recognition program, wellness program, and HRIS. She holds a B.S. degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Management at California State University of Pomona. Her professional affiliates include membership with PIHRA and SHRM.
