David Cook has more than 25 years of experience with human capital organizations. He led the Western North American division of Turning Point Programs, a training and seminar company in 18 cities in the US and Canada. David also acted as an adjunct staff member and management consultant in Portland State University’s Continuing Education Division.
In 1995, he joined the newly formed Express Human Resources, a Human Resources Outsourcing division of Express Services, in the Founder’s office and helped lead the development of the sales and delivery models, which were used nationally by other Express HR offices, and had the top sales producing office nationally during his experience there.
He acted as the Managing Director of Executive Forum, a leading and highly regarded provider of Leadership Development training and consulting. During this time, he formulated the development of a consulting resource called Advantage Business Development in 2000 where he worked with a number of high-growth and merging companies in the business development-consulting arena. During 2003-2004, he was also acting Vice President of Idetix Software for its go-to-market launch.
